Inside Sales Representative I

Thorlabs is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to empower customers with exceptional service, brand knowledge, and tailored solutions, driving mutual success and growth through proactive selling.

Requirements

• 3+ years in similar role with customer service, inside sales, account management and/or project management experience
• B.S. required, preferably in business or marketing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency: especially Outlook and Excel
• Expert proficiency in Excel, ERP/MRP systems or CRM is highly desirable
• Ability to fluently write and speak English
• Ability to learn new technologies, new applications, and new developed products
