Superintendent

Oversee the day-to-day operations of specialty trade projects, manage on-site crews, and ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management, and specialty trade practices
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction management software or tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
