Thoughtworks Singapore is seeking a Principal Modernization Strategist to join their team and guide organizations through complex legacy modernization projects. The role involves partnering with clients to define modernization opportunities, leading implementation, and driving innovation. The modernisation strategist will play a key role in shaping the future of legacy modernisation through business outcomes and business excellence.

Requirements

• Experienced and executed modernization and migration in large scale organizations.
• Strong technical background, ideally with Python.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, Istio, PostgreSQL databases.
• Understanding of modern architectures like MACH, LIFESPAR, and the need for microservices.
• Strong knowledge of building cloud-native architectures using microservices and serverless.
• Strong client-facing skills.
