Client Engagement Specialist / Admission Specialist - PST Hours

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to manage incoming leads, match clients with therapists, and ensure a smooth transition to our support staff. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or mental health field.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
• Proficient in CRM and EHR/EMR software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic and compassionate understanding of mental health challenges
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
