Job Description
Thumbtack is seeking a Trust and Safety Program Manager to optimize their platform and programs. This role involves creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and workflows, collaborating with the XFN partners, and driving impact on user experience. The ideal candidate will be a documentation master, analytical thinker, and someone who can navigate changing processes and contribute to initiatives with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of program management, policy or process management experience
- Proven track record of problem-solving and analytical decision-making
- Detailed proposal writing experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of AI/automation-enhanced Trust and Safety
- Experience in Trust and Safety, risk mitigation, or dispute resolution
