Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Thumbtack is looking for a curious, driven, and tech-savvy Business Systems Analyst to support its Tools (Business Applications) Infrastructure program. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to drive discovery, prioritization, implementation, improvement, and ongoing management of high-impact technical solutions and programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar hybrid role
• Advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Experience transforming business processes and solutions using bleeding edge technology
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong documenter and storyteller with experience diagramming processes/systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Contact Centers, SaaS integrations, and other backend tools
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
