Job Description
Thumbtack is seeking a Success Specialist to be the point person for its customers and help them maximize their potential with Thumbtack's platform. The role involves building rapport, providing expert solutions, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through outbound calls and sales. It’s a consultative partnership focused on customer loyalty and long-term business success within the Thumbtack ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of B2B selling and or success experience
- Minimum of 6 months of outbound calling or collections exposure
- Proficiency in English
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas
- Collaboration, consultative and problem solving mindset
