Job Description
The Thurston County Assessor’s Office is seeking a Senior Appraiser to join their team. The successful candidate will appraise residential and commercial property, perform field and aerial inspections, and maintain accurate property records. The position is a full-time, in-office role with some travel requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in business, economics, finance, real estate, or statistics
- Washington State sponsored or professionally approved courses in real or personal property appraisal
- Three years of experience in appraising property for equitable valuation
- Ability to utilize a personal computer and applicable software
- Current Washington State Driver's License
