Job Description
Thyme Care is looking for an Education & Enablement Coordinator, Enrollment to develop and maintain training standards for the Enrollment Team, creating training content, facilitating live sessions, and managing administrative logistics. The role requires experience in training delivery, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in training delivery or staff development
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or similar training certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong tech skills and ability to learn new tools quickly and autonomously
- Ability to build high quality, polished training materials
- Comfort with data, and ability to both manipulate and analyze data to evaluate training effectiveness
- Exceptional project management skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack
