The role will focus on shaping internal communications strategies, optimizing communication systems, and driving impact through clear, intentional communication. Thyme Care is a rapidly growing cancer care navigation company aiming to become a technology-driven and provider-centric care delivery model.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Written and edited with precision, creating clear, concise, and impactful narratives across channels.
• Partnered with executives and senior leaders to translate complex strategies into compelling stories.
• Designed and scaled communications systems to improve alignment, transparency, and employee experience.
• Fluency across audiences: ability to adapt voice for executives, care teams, and corporate functions.
