Thyme Care is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Operations to improve the connection of patients with serious illness to specialty palliative care. The role involves optimizing operations, providing support for innovative care delivery models, and driving measurable outcomes in palliative care. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach, focusing on operational improvements and strategic partnerships across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations, project management, and/or consulting experience in healthcare
- Experience with specialized care delivery models (palliative care, hospice, case management, complex care delivery)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability to scaling businesses and fast-paced environments
- Stakeholder management experience
