• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Strong process orientation and excellent patient service orientation
• Detail-oriented and able to keep a calm and composed demeanor under pressure
• Phlebotomy experience
• Vitals documentation and autoclaving/disinfecting skills
• Supply management and ordering experience
