Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations
- Expert knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Demonstrated expertise in key RCM components, including payer contracting, provider credentialing, and patient financial engagement
- Proven problem-solver with a highly systematic, analytical, and data-driven methodology
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in performance management framework design
- Experience implementing AI, machine learning, or automation tools within RCM workflows
- Experience designing and scaling RCM processes to maximize collection performance and efficiency
