Requirements

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of Arizona
• At least 2 years of post graduate clinical experience
• Experience and passion for delivering high quality integrated care via telemedicine
• Deep clinical expertise in providing primary care and women's health experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated excellence in Interpreting and act on clinical labs + ultrasound results
