System Administrator (Poly and 5+ years of experience required)

Tiber Technologies is seeking a skilled System Administrator to maintain and optimize IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves providing day-to-day system administration support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Candidates should be tech-savvy, proactive, and customer-focused, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day systems administration support to cybersecurity teams.
• Apply IAVAs and other security patches/updates in accordance with policy.
• Build, configure, and maintain laptops for mission operations.
• Provide limited Windows system administration support as needed.
• Deliver administrative support for Splunk clusters.
• Work alongside developers and mission operators to define system requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Support hardware builds and installations, including server and desktop support.
• Assist in storage setup (NAS, remote storage, etc.) and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Experience with Splunk, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Airflow.
• GitLab, Jira, and version control tools.
• Familiarity with storage solutions (NAS, SAN).
• Understanding of basic network engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and infrastructure support.
