Cloud Engineer

Ticketek Entertainment Group is hiring two Cloud Engineers to join its growing Technology department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues in production and working with the wider engineering community to ensure we chase down and mitigate areas of risk.

Requirements

• Proactively monitoring and managing our AWS/Cloud production environments
• Escalation and communication of production issues to key stakeholders
• Troubleshooting, reproducing, and mitigating complex system and infrastructure issues within the AWS environment
• Developing and implementing automation and tooling in collaboration with the Site Reliability Engineering team
• Supporting service prior to go-live through pre-launch reviews
• Providing technical support for internal products
• Monitoring and checking of systems
• Execution of daily system operations tasks
• Deployment, configuration, and management of cloud-native or updated solutions
