Ticketek Entertainment Group is seeking a Project Manager for their TEG Live organization to support promoter operations throughout the entire tour cycle, from initiation to financial settlement. The role involves project leadership, team management, financial oversight, and building relationships with venues, sponsors, and artists. It requires adaptability and flexibility, especially for high-volume touring environments.
Requirements
- Project Management - deep experience in leading projects using an established methodology to plan and deliver outcomes in a high pace operation environment.
- Industry Experience – understanding of industry players business models and marketing principles in relation to live entertainment.
- Commercial understanding of event/ticketing contracts and touring economics.
- Relationship Building – Ability to foster effective internal and external relationships.
- Experience & expertise – understands and maintains knowledge of live event touring.
- Financial awareness – ability to build tour budgets and manage project financial operations.
- Teamwork – ability to work with cross-functional teams at the state and national level.
- Creativity and Adaptability – ability to develop creative solutions to operational issues.
- Accountability / Responsibility – takes personal responsibility for the project.
