IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who has recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field and is looking for hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in IT or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft products.
• Familiarity with Apple products, Apple Business Manager, and any centralized Apple device management is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with end-users.
• Proficiency in the English and Greek language.
