Construction Superintendent

Tidal Construction Group is seeking a skilled Superintendent to manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on safety, schedule, quality, and communication. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a construction project within a specified budget and timeframe, primarily on the east coast of the United States. Tidal operates from west palm beach south to Miami and on the west coast of Florida in Tampa.

Requirements

• Manage onsite planning and coordination of subcontractor’s work activities
• Ensure code and legal compliance
• Maintain shop drawing process and material expediting
• Track and submit Daily status updates to Senior Management
• Maintain on-site documentation
• Assist in prep and completion of Change Proposals
• Ability to lift 40-80 lbs safely
• 5 years of superintendent or project management experience in commercial construction
