Job Description
Tide is seeking an Engineering Manager to design, create, and run the rich product catalog of their area. They offer a home-office/flexible-working environment and a focus on serving SME clients, particularly in the UK, India, Germany, and France. This role involves ownership of technical architecture, leading engineering teams, and collaborating with various business members to deliver robust software solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) building server-side applications
- Knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot)
- Experience with running microservices and implementing RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases
- Comfort working in an agile environment
