Job Description
Tide is seeking a Technical Head of Engineering to lead the development and architecture of their onboarding, referrals, partnerships, subscriptions, billing, rewards, personalization, and marketing systems. This is a key role in scaling the platform and shaping their product vision. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in complex domains and a passion for building customer-focused digital products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience delivering high-quality digital products
- Expertise in architecture and scalability
- Experience building and running teams with a growth focus
- Understanding of internationalisation and localisation
- Experience building billing, rewards, subscription management platforms
