Requirements
- Execute Compliance Monitoring Plan and track regulatory submissions.
- Research and advise on regulatory developments impacting compliance.
- Manage regulatory submissions including annual reports and responses.
- Provide guidance on product and service development and compliance assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to remediate regulatory findings.
- Lead and participate in a Regulatory Risk & Compliance working group.
