Job Description
Tiger Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director/Director of Analytics Consulting in the Health Insurance sector. The role involves translating business problems into data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced analytics methodologies, and driving business value through ROI assessment, KPI tracking, and campaign measurement. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and experience with data science and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional work experience with at least 10 years in data analytics and the Health Insurance domain.
- Solid understanding of statistical, machine learning algorithms and GenAI.
- Strong project management and team management skills.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
- Graduate in Business Analytics, MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders.
