Job Description
Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Architect to join their advanced analytics consulting firm. The role involves leading the design, development, and integration of AI-powered components into production-grade applications, with a focus on healthcare applications and leveraging Generative AI models like Large Language Models. The position requires strong engineering leadership, practical application development, and expertise in modern AI tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-stack application engineering experience
- 2+ years leading cross-functional teams
- Expertise in LangChain, CrewAI, and OpenAI Agentic SDK
- DesignRAG architectures
- Optimize multi-agent workflows with reinforcement learning
- Deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS/GCP
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
