Agency Management Intern (TikTok LIVE Japan) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As an intern, you will support the operations of Live Internationalisation TCNs, assist in coordinating and responding to TCN-related requests and needs, handle daily follow-ups, and participate in cross-functional communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or above in a domestic university in Japan
• Advanced level of Japanese and English in reading, writing and speaking
• Passionate about live streaming, with a solid understanding of live content formats and engagement mechanics
• Strong data awareness, logical thinking, and the ability to think independently
• High sense of ownership and responsibility; strong self-learning ability; detail-oriented, reliable, execution-driven, and with strong communication skills
