Creator Operation Manager Intern (TikTok Shop - Operations) - 2026 Summer (BS/ MS)

Join the team that is helping scale the phenomenon of #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt and pioneer Content & Creator commerce in the US. You'll work on delivering high quality products with a unique customer experience via TikTok, building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026
• Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
• Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality)
• Passionate and dedicated in negotiation and driving collaborations between different partners
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex content concepts in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements.
