- Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans.
- Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for market; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs.
- Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products;
- Monitor the merchant ecosystem; discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities; while being alert with risks.
- Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis;
- Implement and manage important merchant strategies.
