We are looking for a Global Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager to join our SMB Product Growth team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global new advertiser lead acquisition strategies, analyzing market size and growth potential, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: digital platform user growth, third-party partner growth, market expansion, scalable acquisition, or growth strategy.
- Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools) to conduct in-depth analysis, derive insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and engage senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, mobile applications, and digital advertising ecosystems, including self-serve ad platforms and auction-based buying models.
- Solution-oriented professional with demonstrated success in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and execution.
