Litigation Paralegal

The Litigation Paralegal role provides key support for TikTok's Global Litigation team, managing high-stakes litigation and disputes across regions. The successful candidate will shape and drive the company's global litigation strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional partners to navigate legal and reputational risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience at an in-house, tech, or law firm environment
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program
• Proficient knowledge of the litigation process, including motion practice, discovery, trial, and appellate procedures
• Technically savvy and comfortable quickly learning and using various tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with organizational and time management skills
