Partner Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE - Dubai (Chinese Speaking)

The LIVE MENA Operations team is seeking a Partner Operations Manager based in Dubai to grow and strengthen the regional agency ecosystem (MENA). This role is responsible for owning and incubating a portfolio of agencies through structured programs, community operations, and data-driven execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in account management, partner management, business development, or operations within digital media, social platforms, entertainment, or the creator economy
• Experience working with agencies, MCNs, talent managers, or creator-facing organizations
• Fluency in Chinese and strong working proficiency in English
