The Principal Campaign Strategist will take ownership of end-to-end strategy and operations for major campaigns on TikTok Shop Indonesia, leading mega campaigns and ensuring high-quality, sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end strategy and operations for major campaigns on TikTok Shop Indonesia Independent App
- Act as the core owner for campaign-related initiatives
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive design and iteration of campaign-related product capabilities
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies and product mechanisms for key modules such as membership growth, flash sales, and search
- Own campaign goal setting, execution monitoring, risk management, and post-campaign reviews
