Product Manager, Risk Strategy and Operation

TikTok is seeking a Product Manager, Risk Strategy and Operation to join the Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) team. The team works to minimize the damage of inauthentic behaviors on ByteDance platforms, covering multiple community and business risk areas. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to have first-hand exposure to the strategy of the company in key security initiatives and develop novel solutions to first-seen challenges of a phenomenal product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Risk assessment and risk solution plans for different products and businesses
• Develop forward-looking risk control strategies through analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback and other data
• Cooperate with tech, build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention and governance effect measurement system
• Engage with various business,operation, tech and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale
• Conduct in-depth investigation into the changing trend of CIB networks in different countries
