Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making, including using insights to solve complex business problems and drive growth.
- Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, fast-moving organization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear strategies, programs, and execution plans.
- Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities, with comfort operating independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in market research, analytics, and building business cases to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
- Fluency in English to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders across Japan, Korea and Singapore.
