Requirements
- Evaluate search user experience from the user’s perspective, and identify opportunities to improve for product features and strategies
- Conduct local user research, gather and analyze search user feedback data, and provide real user insights for product decision-making
- Monitor and analyze core metrics to detect experience fluctuations and issues in a timely manner, ensuring stable online user experience
- Design and implement proactive operational plans for special scenarios or major events
- Manage and adapt to ad-hoc projects and urgent business requests efficiently
- Iterate search strategy and product features to improve user experience and conversion
- Design and analyze a/b testing and verify the benefits as needed
