Senior Data Scientist - TikTok Short Video

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the TikTok User Growth Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data analysis work related to TikTok's user growth business and provide insightful analytical capabilities for the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
• 3+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python and R
• Mastery of analytical methods including regression, classification, clustering, machine learning, A/B testing and causal inference
