Job Description
The Senior Product Operations Manager will be responsible for governance & experience product operations of TikTok Local Service, planning and building the overall operations system, establishing monitoring index systems, and building a collaborative system for product, R&D, and global operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimally 5 or more years of experience in product operation
- Spoken and written fluency in English
- Experience within local service/e-commerce industry related operation/product operation experience
- Strong project management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Good communication and coordination skills, empathy, and patience
