We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the charge for TikTok Local Services' entry into the US market and build operations team from ground up. Requirements

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within Local Services
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand the unique talent needs of the Local Services business
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, using recruitment data and market insights to contribute to workforce planning
• Drive continuous improvements in our recruitment processes and systems
• Identify, attract, and close high-caliber candidates at all levels, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring targets to scale the Local Services team
