Technical Project Manager

The IT-Office Buildout team at TikTok is responsible for delivering workplace technology across our regional office portfolio. The Technical Project Manager will maintain and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, create scope of works for new projects, and develop and present accurate project budgets.

Requirements

• Experienced in managing complex, multi-country workplace technology or construction projects
• Proven track record of delivering business-critical IT projects, especially office build-outs, using methodologies like Prince2, Waterfall, or Agile
• Strong vendor management skills, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance tracking
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or MS Project
