Requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with LIVE creators and management.
- Provide systematic education and training for creators to help them become familiar with and understand TikTok platform, live functions and platform policies.
- Develop development paths and content strategies for creators, monitor creator live performance, and help creators improve data and content quality.
- Cooperate with the XFN teams to brainstorm and design creator activities and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.
- Provide strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for TikTok Vietnam LIVE creator operations.
- Handle data analysis to drive clear and concise results for decision making and performance reporting.
