Job Description
We are seeking a Global Customer Service Representative, Arabic Speaking to join our Livestream Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class service and experience for Arabic-speaking customers and creators, handling escalations, translating complex processes, and providing linguistic and cultural insights to support the team in serving Arabic-speaking markets.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment
- Experienced working for live-streaming / user-generated content platforms (preferred)
- Ability to work comfortably with Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
