TikTok Shop - Governance Operational Risk Analyst

We are looking for a Governance Operational Risk Analyst to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for the SEA region. The role involves identifying gaps in the governance lifecycle, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing governance programs and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Professional experience in e-commerce governance, policy development, moderation operations, or related domains
• Solid understanding of e-commerce compliance standards and internet governance
• Intermediate data analysis skills, including working with datasets and competency in Excel/spreadsheets
• Advanced data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and/or Python
