Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced client-facing role in a high output environment
- Success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
- A problem solver at your core, with a strong bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done
- Strong relationship-building skills – you know how to engage and motivate people
- A good eye for trends and what sells in live commerce
- Data-driven mindset – you understand how to track seller performance and spot opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple sellers & projects without missing a beat
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Live, or livestream commerce is a big plus
