Job Description
This Village Leader position at Timber-lee involved mentoring and supporting Cabin Leaders, overseeing the camp community, and ensuring a safe, Christ-centered environment for campers. Responsibilities include supervising campers, maintaining camp cleanliness and safety, leading activities, and communicating with families. This is a full-time or part-time position suitable for seasonal needs, with the possibility of temporary assignments.
Requirements
- Spiritual: Must be a professing Christian and committed to Timber-lee’s mission.
- Organizational: Must be able to support Timber-lee Ministries’ policies and work ethic.
- Positional: Must be 18+ years old and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with children (2nd-12th grades preferred)
