Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging both traditional and AI-powered tools to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue impact across HubSpot, 6sense, and Qualified platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with marketing acumen and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, campaign execution, or a similar role (preferably in a B2B environment)
- Proficiency in managing marketing platforms: HubSpot and 6sense required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting
