Engineering Co-op Program - 2026

Join The Timken Company's Engineering Co-op Program and work on rotational assignments while completing your Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.

Requirements

• Must have completed freshman year
• Must be enrolled in a full-time engineering Bachelor's Degree program (12 semester/credit hours) at an accredited four-year university
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Ability to relocate
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
