The role of the Lead Wind Technician is to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance on wind turbines. Additionally, this position will serve as project lead and train and develop strong skillsets for entry level technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of relative experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervision
- Ability to follow safety procedures and retain training
- Ability to use basic word, power point and excel
- Must be willing to travel by Motor Vehicle, Plane, etc.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
