Transportation Right of Way Specialist

We are seeking a Right of Way Specialist to join our Transportation Group in Richmond, VA. This person will negotiate and obtain land, easements, and other rights from property owners.

Requirements

• Draft and prepare documents related to land acquisition
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and right of way negotiation reports
• Conduct courthouse searches to determine ownership and property rights
• Meet with property owners to explain documentation and impact to their property
