As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you will plan, manage and optimize campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, analyze KPIs, and develop strategic response scenarios to drive sales, brand awareness, and funnel performance.
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2C or e-commerce
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search & Shopping) and Meta Ads
- Ability to work independently and team-oriented
- Fluent German and English language skills (C1/conversationally secure)
