Job Description
Tipalti is an AI-powered platform for finance automation, providing solutions for accounts payable, global payouts, procurement, employee expenses, and more. They are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead a group of 4 teams, building core infrastructure and driving engineering excellence within the organization. This role involves leading teams, mentorship, and collaboration with stakeholders to scale the team and product, while ensuring high quality and a fast pace of delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a software development role (SaaS experience preferred) with a focus on a language like .NET, Vue/Angular
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role
- 3+ years of experience as a group manager or director role
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, retain, and manage top engineering talent
- Experience in professional software engineering and a passion for creating high-quality code
- Experience in agile development methodologies
