Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our plant in Patra, Greece. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, experience in a similar position, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Supervise execution of work orders ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness of work
• Oversee and optimize related processes for production effectiveness
• Responsible for the verification of the quality and quantity of the produced product
• Monitor and analyze process data & analytical tools to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare technical reports and support decision making with actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes
• Evaluate & implement advanced control automation & AI systems
• Recommend equipment upgrades to improve throughput and reduce downtime
